Who we are

The short version
- No accounts, no analytics, no advertising trackers.
- We collect an email address if you choose to join the waitlist.
- We collect what a brand sends us when it submits a drop for listing, including images.
- Visitors get no cookies. The only cookie on the site is an essential login cookie for the private area where the site owner reviews submissions.
- Stored data lives in the UK (London).
- We never sell personal data.
If you join the waitlist
We store your email address, when you joined, and which signup form you used. We use it to send the things the signup promised: drop reminders, brand alerts, and early access news. The lawful basis is your consent. We keep the address until you ask to come off the list or the waitlist is wound down. To come off the list, email Lastanch@gmail.com from the address you signed up with.
If you submit a drop as a brand
The submission form collects the brand's name, Instagram handle, website, a contact email, details of the drop, and images the brand uploads, which can include photos of a model along with the model's height and the size worn. We use this to review the submission, decide whether to list it, publish the listing if approved, and contact the brand about it. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running the curated listing service the brand is asking to appear in.
If a submission is approved, the drop details and images appear on the public site. The contact email is never published.
How long submissions are kept:
- Rejected submissions, including their images, are deleted 30 days after rejection.
- Submissions never reviewed are deleted after 90 days.
- Approved listings are kept while they are on the site, and removed on request from the brand.
If you appear in a photo a brand sent us and want it taken down, email Lastanch@gmail.com and we will handle it.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies for visitors. One essential cookie exists: it signs the site owner into the private area where submissions are reviewed, and it is only ever set on that person's own browser. There is no analytics, advertising, or social media tracking of any kind.
Who handles data for us
Two providers process data on our behalf. Supabase stores the database and uploaded images in London, United Kingdom (their policy: supabase.com/privacy). Vercel hosts and runs the website, configured to run its server code in London; it may handle limited technical data such as IP addresses in request logs under its data processing agreement (their policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy). Stored personal data stays in the UK. Where a provider moves limited technical data elsewhere, it does so under UK GDPR transfer safeguards in its agreement with us.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email Lastanch@gmail.comand we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If what the site collects changes, this page changes first, with the date at the top updated.
